All KINGBAG LLC orders are subject to a standard shipping fee of $24.50, added at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your KINGBAG arrives with a defect, damage, or functionality issue, please contact us before attempting to force, repair, disassemble, or adjust the product. If the issue is caused by a product defect or an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
