Shipping
All KINGBAG LLC orders are subject to a standard shipping fee of $24.50, which is calculated and added at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
KINGBAG LLC accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both U.S. and international orders.
To start a return or exchange, please follow the return instructions provided on our website or contact our customer support team for assistance.
For exchanges, you may select the item or items you would like to return and choose a replacement item, subject to availability.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with all original tags and packaging, when applicable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Sale and discounted items are eligible for return unless they are clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
KINGBAG LLC does not charge a restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns and exchanges.
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that are damaged, used, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards, except where required by law
If a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card.
International Taxes and Duties
International taxes, customs duties, and import fees paid on international orders are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
